Shipping
All orders will be shipped Monday-Friday within 2 business days of when your order is placed. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 business days for USPS Priority packages to be delivered. USPS Priority Shipping is $9.95 per order. USPS Priority Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $75 and up. UPS shipping options are also available for a more expedited delivery. UPS rates vary based on your location and the weight of the package.

Order Notifications
To ensure receipt of important order notification emails from The Hello Essentials Shoppery or if you have already placed an order and have not received a notification, please make sure that the email address support@hello-shoppery.com is in your email address book and that the domain hello-shoppery.com has been identified as a safe sender or “not spam” in your email client or spam filter.

Cancellations, Reprints and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we receive your cancellation request after your order is already in production your order may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

If you would like to order additional product or need to reorder your product because of special circumstances (example: venue change or date change), please contact our customer service department at 1-888-703-7929 and they will be able to assist you with your request.

We feel confident that you will be satisfied with your order from The Hello Essentials Shoppery. However, if you are unsatisfied, we ask that you contact our customer service department at 1-888-703-7929 within ten days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization.

To receive a partial or full refund, customers must contact The Hello Essentials Shoppery, speak with a customer service representative, and then ship their order, in its entirety, back to the print facility. Items must be shipped back to The Hello Essentials Shoppery before a full or partial refund, minus applicable fees, will be issued. Customers are responsible for returning shipping. Please ensure that you accurately proof your custom items before adding them to your cart. The Hello Essentials Shoppery cannot be responsible for spelling errors, fields left blank, or incorrect information that was inputted by the user.
